Both external and internal walls are manufactured from stainless steel and insulated with 50mm thick glass wool.
The cabinet has an inner inspection glass door.
Temperature range: from ambient to 70 °C, with digital thermostat.
A dual safety/thermostat with higher thermic threshold ensures safe working conditions.
