Relative humidity of up to 98% RH is generated by air from the circulation duct blowing across the surface of water or salt solution in the base of the oven. This is a simple, reliable and proven method of humidity control.

The chamber temperature is indicated over the range of ambient +5 °C to 65 °C. The oven is fitted with a safety thermostat and is supplied with 6 shelves.
